Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Amor Seal, operated by Mindcraft Inc. ("Amor Seal", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

i. What we provide

Amor Seal lets you encrypt a personal letter in your browser, inscribe the encrypted text onto the Bitcoin blockchain, and receive a printed card that contains the decryption key. The service consists of: the website and editor, the inscription on Bitcoin, the printed card, and shipping.

ii. The encryption is structural

The decryption key is generated in your browser and printed onto your card. We never receive a copy of the key, nor of the unencrypted letter. This means:

• We cannot recover your letter if both the recovery code and QR code on the card are lost.
• We cannot read, modify, or delete the letter once it has been inscribed.
• We cannot prevent someone holding the physical card from opening the letter.

iii. Permanence is by design

Once your encrypted message has been inscribed on Bitcoin, it is permanent. There is no edit, no delete, and no recall. Take the time you need before clicking "Encrypt and pay". That step is the point of no return.

iv. Acceptable content

Because we do not see the contents of your letter, we cannot pre-screen it. Before inscription you confirm that the letter does not contain:

• Threats of violence or harm to any person
• Sexual content involving minors
• Doxxing, harassment, or non-consensual intimate content
• Instructions to commit illegal acts
• Content protected by copyright belonging to a third party (with no fair use)

If we receive a credible report that an inscribed letter violates these terms, we will cooperate with law enforcement using the order's shipping records. We are not technically able to retract the inscription itself.

v. Refunds

See our refund policy. Briefly: full refund before inscription confirms; partial refund (card production and shipping only) once the inscription is on-chain.

vi. Limitations of liability

Amor Seal is provided as is. We do not warrant continuous availability of our website or the Bitcoin network. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for emotional consequences arising from the contents or delivery of any letter.

vii. Account & communications

We do not require accounts to use Amor Seal. We use your email solely to send order updates, inscription confirmations, and shipping tracking. We do not send marketing email. We do not sell your data.

viii. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
