Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Amor Seal, operated by Mindcraft Inc. ("Amor Seal", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

i. What Amor Seal provides

Amor Seal offers four letter-delivery tiers. The Unsent is a free anonymous letter, published in The Anthology after human moderation. The Echo is a paid hosted letter that opens right away and fades on the schedule you choose. The Capsule is a paid hosted letter, delivered immediately with a countdown and unlocked on your chosen date. The Heirloom is the Bitcoin-permanence tier, sealed onto Bitcoin within 1 week of order.

ii. Your responsibility for content and the opening phrase

You are responsible for the content you submit and for any opening phrase or reveal link you share. All paid editions seal the letter in your browser before submission, so the plaintext letter is never stored in our order database. For The Heirloom, the opening phrase is shown once after payment and is not stored on our servers afterward.

• You must not use Amor Seal for threats, harassment, illegal instructions, non-consensual intimate material, or other unlawful content.
• You are responsible for sharing the opening phrase with the intended recipient where the product requires it.
• If you lose the opening phrase or share it with the wrong person, our support options may be limited by the product design.

iii. Payments and fulfillment

The Unsent does not require payment. The Echo and The Capsule require Stripe payment before the order is finalized. The Heirloom commits to sealing it onto Bitcoin within 1 week of order, and we offer a full refund if we don’t deliver in that window.

iv. Availability and delivery

Amor Seal depends on browsers, hosting, payment providers, email infrastructure, and, for the Heirloom tier, future Bitcoin operator workflows. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosted reveal timing, fade windows, and delivery messages are subject to network and provider delays.

v. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior. That includes:

• harassment, threats, or extortion
• sexual content involving minors
• doxxing or non-consensual intimate material
• fraud, impersonation, or unlawful financial solicitation
• attempts to misuse support, payment, or reveal flows

We may block or review orders, contact submissions, or accounts involved in abuse. Where required, we may cooperate with valid legal process.

vi. Refunds and cancellations

See our refund policy for current cancellation and refund rules by tier. Those rules differ across The Unsent, The Echo, The Capsule, and The Heirloom because the delivery model is different for each one.

vii. No financial or investment service

Amor Seal is a personal communication and memorial product. It is not an investment product, brokerage, exchange, or financial advisory service. Bitcoin references in the Heirloom tier describe storage and recovery architecture only.
